Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (we know you want your product in-hand as soon as possible).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If for some reason there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping with the purchase of two or more products, along with all subscription orders.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Where We Ship
Allvane ships to addresses within the continental U.S. plus Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to South Dakota (it’s a bummer but the state doesn’t allow CBD), to P.O. Boxes and or internationally.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If your product was damaged (or heaven forbid we screwed up and sent you the wrong thing), please contact support@allvane.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll be glad to exchange it for you. Please include your order # in the email.
