We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days, return the unused portion for a full refund.
If there was a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us right away so we can help resolve it.
To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Repackage your products.
- Email email@example.com with your intent to return and order number. We will email you a return form and shipping instructions.
- Take package to preferred shipping vendor.
- We will send you an email once your return has been processed.
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 5 days of us receiving your return. (Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.)
If your product was damaged or heaven forbid we screwed up and sent you the wrong thing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase and we’ll be glad to exchange it for you. Please include your order # in the email.
